The Monongahela Street Railway Company founded this park in 1898, over 125 years ago. It features 8 roller coasters, including the fastest coaster in Pennsylvania, Phantom’s Revenge. This park is the oldest amusement park in PA. Kennywood has won many awards, even for their Potato Patch fries. They are also known for their humble origins, because they were originally a trolley park.
