Today is the day we’ve been working up to for the last 12 episodes. Today 4 cars took to the track to find out who would be crowned the Race Against Boredom Champion.
Super Chromes winner of the West Division took on the North Division Champion, Purple Driller to start things off. Purple Driller got out fast and never looked back. On the other side of the bracket Diesel Boy, winner of the East Division locked horns with South Division champion Tie Interceptor. Diesel Boy pulled away with a commanding victory.
After the first two races the two losing cars went head to head to determine which car would hold third place honors. It proved to be the closest race of the day as Tie Interceptor squeaked by Super Chromes.
And of course the championship race was so exciting Cool Cat Bro was dropping his audio recorder from out of his pants! Purple Driller and Diesel Boy had a thriller of a race – but the victor was clear…

And that does it! We’ve survived our first event and had a blast doing it.
As for our contestants – no one picked Purple Driller to win it all. We did, however, have a 3 way tie for first with Andrew/James/Eliana, MamaPete and Ben all scoring 2 pointes. Congratulations especially to Andrew/James/Eliana and Ben for notching their first win and getting their first appearance on the Winner’s Wall.
